Membership in Shasta Koi
The members invite you to join our club. Dues are just $20.00 per household. Our dues payment schedule is based on the calendar year with dues pro-rated as necessary. Print the Membership Application below and bring the completed for with your check to our next meeting. Or you can mail the completed form with your check to begin or renew your membership:
